Kyle Cooksey


Over the last fourteen years, Kyle worked as a customer facing executive in the clinical revenue integrity space at a few different P/E backed companies, focused on documentation management and physician and patient engagement, driving strong results and outcomes to the revenue cycle. In this field, he focused on technology-enabled services companies providing unique solutions to the most daunting protected health information challenges. Kyle has worked directly with the nations elite list of IDN-based systems, along with over 2,000+ individual systems and physician practices, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth as the key pillars to his success.

Focused on servant leadership, Kyle values the belief that his company and team is only as strong as his willingness to engage and be a part of the solution, from the ground up. He believes this approach is founded in the art of listening, learning, and then leveraging the knowledge into a practice of humble, smart, and hungry leadership creating marked sustainability and growth.

Kyle received his business degree by way of a double major in marketing and management from Baylor University, in Waco, Texas. Residing in Franklin, TN, he enjoys spending his free time with his wife, three young children, whom they adopted as a sibling group in 2014, and two dogs, Baylor and George Banks. He has also served on several non-profit boards of directors, focused on education initiatives for the lower-income population and relief aid for the marginalized citizens in Ghana, West Africa, particularly the homeless and victims of human trafficking.
